By accessing or using the EasyToPass platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You have read and agree to these Terms in their entirety
• You agree to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy
• If using on behalf of an organisation, you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms

To access certain features and enrol in courses, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Keep your account information up to date at all times
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Not share your account credentials with any third party
• Notify EasyToPass immediately of any unauthorised access to your account

EasyToPass reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in prohibited activities.

4.1 Enrolment

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your enrolled course(s). Course access includes recorded video lectures, study materials, mock tests, and any live sessions scheduled for your batch.

4.2 Course Access Duration

• Lifetime Access: Recorded lectures and study materials are available with lifetime access unless otherwise stated
• Live Sessions: Live training sessions are scheduled for specific dates and batches; missed sessions may be accessed via recordings
• Access Conditions: Access is subject to your account remaining in good standing and compliance with these Terms

4.3 Course Prerequisites

Some courses may have prerequisites or eligibility requirements set by the certification body (e.g., PMP® requires 36 months of project management experience). It is your responsibility to verify and meet all prerequisites before enrolment. EasyToPass is not responsible for exam ineligibility due to unmet prerequisites.

4.4 Batch Changes

Batch rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled batch start date, subject to availability. EasyToPass reserves the right to reschedule or cancel batches due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be notified and offered an alternative date or refund.

5.1 Pricing

All course prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your enrolment is the price displayed at the time of payment.

5.2 Payment Methods

• CCAvenue — Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Mobile Wallets
• PayPal — International payments in USD/other currencies
• EMI — Easy monthly instalments on eligible cards (subject to bank approval)

5.3 Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST at the prevailing rate (currently 18%) will be applicable on all course fees as per Indian tax laws. Tax invoices will be issued upon payment.

5.4 Discounts & Offers

Promotional discounts and coupon codes are subject to specific terms and expiry dates. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. EasyToPass reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time.

All content on the EasyToPass platform — including but not limited to course videos, study materials, practice tests, PDFs, images, logos, trademarks, and website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of EasyToPass Pvt. Ltd. or its content licensors.

Your enrolment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the course content solely for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes.

• Screen recording or downloading of course videos
• Sharing login credentials or course access with others
• Uploading EasyToPass materials to YouTube, Telegram, or any platform
• Using course content for commercial training or resale
• Reproducing mock tests or question banks

You agree to use the EasyToPass platform responsibly and only for lawful purposes. Acceptable use includes:

• Accessing course content for personal learning and exam preparation
• Participating constructively in discussion forums and live Q&A sessions
• Submitting feedback and reviews honestly and respectfully
• Contacting support for legitimate queries and assistance
• Completing assessments and assignments independently

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the EasyToPass platform:

• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other user accounts or EasyToPass systems
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract content from the platform
• Posting or transmitting harmful, offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Engaging in academic dishonesty, cheating, or using unfair means in assessments
• Soliciting other users for commercial purposes without EasyToPass's consent
• Interfering with the normal operation of the platform or servers
• Circumventing or attempting to bypass any security or access control measures
• Using the platform to conduct illegal activities or violate applicable laws
• Posting false or misleading reviews or testimonials

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of fees paid, and where appropriate, legal action.

9.1 EasyToPass Certificates

Upon completing a course, you may receive an EasyToPass course completion certificate. This is a certificate of training completion and does not constitute the official professional certification from the certification body.

9.2 Official Certifications

Official certifications (e.g., PMP®, PRINCE2®, CSM®, ITIL®) are awarded exclusively by the respective certification bodies (PMI, PeopleCert, Scrum Alliance, etc.) upon passing their official examinations. EasyToPass acts as an Authorised Training Provider and cannot guarantee exam pass results.

9.3 Exam Vouchers

Where exam vouchers are included in a course package, they are subject to the terms of the respective certification body and have specific validity periods. EasyToPass is not responsible for expired vouchers due to delayed usage by the student.

9.4 Pass Guarantee

Where EasyToPass offers a "pass guarantee" or similar commitment, the specific terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria for such guarantees are detailed on the respective course page and must be read before enrolment.

EasyToPass provides the platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EasyToPass disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of course content
• Warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free
• Warranties regarding career outcomes, salary increases, or job placements resulting from certification

While we strive to keep all course content accurate and up to date, EasyToPass cannot guarantee that content reflects the very latest changes to certification exam blueprints at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasyToPass Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from exam failures, ineligibility, or certification body decisions
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues or maintenance
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data by third parties
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers (payment gateways, certification bodies)

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EasyToPass Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or access to the Platform
• Your violation of any provision of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

13.1 Termination by EasyToPass

EasyToPass reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the platform, with or without notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• You engage in prohibited activities as described in Section 8
• You provide false registration information
• Your actions pose a risk to the platform, other users, or EasyToPass
• Required by law or court order

13.2 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at info@easytopass.in. Please note that closing your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund — refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the platform and all enrolled courses will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, indemnification, and disclaimers) shall remain in effect.

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Jurisdiction

Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms or your use of EasyToPass shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gautam Budh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.

14.3 Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at info@easytopass.in to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. We are committed to resolving user concerns fairly and promptly.

EasyToPass reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised
• For material changes, registered users will be notified by email
• A prominent notice may be displayed on the platform

Your continued use of EasyToPass after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.
