Are You Eligible for the PMI-ACP Exam?
Earning the PMI-ACP certification is a significant commitment, but the rewards make it worthwhile. If you have practical experience with agile methodologies, you have already tackled the most challenging aspect. Before you apply, ensure you meet the following criteria:
- A secondary degree
- 21 contact hours of training in agile practices
- 12 months of general project experience within the past 5 years (holding a current PMP® or PgMP® fulfills this requirement but is not mandatory)
- 8 months of agile project experience within the past 3 years
