1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made on EasyToPass are non-refundable.
Once a course, test series, or digital product is purchased, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
- Since all products/services are delivered digitally, cancellation is not applicable after successful payment.
3. Exceptions (If Applicable)
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Technical error resulting in failed access after payment
In such cases, users must contact us within 3 days of purchase with proper proof.
4. Refund Processing (If Approved)
- If a refund is approved (only in exceptional cases), it will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
